Practicing restorative yoga and incorporating sound healing, teaches us to slow down our thoughts, detach from unnecessary emotions and bring about greater calmness and relaxation to our bodies, minds, and spirits. Making space between alertness and rest, so that we can address internal issues or manifest our ideas with clarity. These classes are suitable for anyone, even pregnant women.

Meditation & Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which we focus on being intensely aware of what we're sensing and feeling in the here and now, so that we can recognise our own reactions to situations in our daily lives. Approaching each meditation practice without any expectations or judgments and can involve breathing methods, guided imagery, and other techniques to relax the mind/body and help reduce stress & anxiety.
